What is the ES-600 | Flake production line?
Our system ES-600 flake production line allows the continuous production of flakes or micronized flakes, both monochromatic and polychromatic. These flakes can be used to decorate the tiles during the manufacturing process.

The pieces we’ve seen contain flakes. To obtain them, we have colored a product with the COLORJET 20 and then we have passed it through the ES-600 to obtain scales.
What is the process of obtaining scales?
In this process the product passes through a conveyor belt and is compacted with pressure rollers. Then the product goes through a process of crushing and final selection, from which flakes are obtained that vary according to the needs of the production.
