Due to our experience in the commissioning of plants for the production of slab ceramic pieces, Living Ceramics has entrusted our company with the realization of their project for the production of this new type of product that is prevailing in the sector.
The project contemplates the reception of the atomized powder with a full truck discharge on our 3,000mm wide conveyor belt. The installation is completed with mechanical transport, storage in silos and atomized powder dosing, as well as automation of the entire installation to ensure more efficient production.

Furthermore, due to our client’s commitment to the environment, dust collection filters have been installed at various points, as well as the recovery of rejected product for reintegration into the production process.
